This is a luxurious residential farm with an ideal location: surrounded by peaceful nature near the Bohemian town of M?lnik, 30 minutes from Prague. In the surroundings you will find many opportunities for recreation including hiking, biking and water sports. This modern house sits on a hill and offers a magnificent view of the valley where the Vltava River flows into the Elbe. The yard is composed of several buildings around a garden. Each have a wing with a private entrance. The owner lives in one of the buildings but respects the privacy of the guests. In the garden there is a furnished terrace, a canopy, lots of shady places with trees and shrubs, and the possibility for barbecuing. There are a variety of shops and large supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within a radius of 2 kilometers. From the international airport you can easily access the accommodation by public transportation. The accommodation has its own parking. It is ideal for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.
From a separate entrance on the ground floor you enter the hall, complete with coat racks. From here you can access the bathroom, the living room and the stairs which lead up to the bedroom and kitchen. The large living room is well-furnished with tables and chairs, a 1-person sofa and even an extra bed. For a small fee you can reserve a highchair. There is also a small library with books (in Dutch, German and English). Glass doors lead to a terrace which overlooks the valley. The modern bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror, shower and toilet. Even a hair dryer is available. Upstairs there is a room with cabinets, shoe storage and a sitting area. From the windows of the bedroom you have a wonderful view of the garden and surrounding valley. There is a king-size bed (2.20 x 1.80 meters), three night cabinets, an extra single bed, comfortable chairs and a coffee table. The closets have sufficient space. A crib, baby wrap pillow and/or baby bath are available for a small fee. The kitchen is equipped with 4 electric hotplates, microwave, coffeemaker (Senseo), refrigerator and dishwasher. There are sufficient cabinets. For a small fee you can use the washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board is available as well. All rooms have wood floors. The house has central heating.
For healthy activities visit the forest where only 5 minutes away you have the possibility for hiking or cycling. Who knows, along the way you may even encounter a deer! A lake where you can swim and fish is also nearby (a fishing license is required!). In M?lnik there is a big (indoor and outdoor) pool with a slide and other attractions. The Bohemian Paradise, with beautiful rock formations, is just 30 minutes away by car. Other attractions in the area include: the historic old village of M?lnik (which borders Kly) with a beautiful square and numerous historical monuments. One of them is a castle dating from the 14th century, which features a winery and wine tasting. From the castle you can see the point where the Elbe and the Vltava come together. In the House Church of St. Peter and Paul there is an attractive ossuary. The area of Koko?in is quite popular because of the interesting rock formations and caves. Visit the open-air museum of Prerov nad Labem and discover how people lived in this region in former times. There are exhibitions of home interiors, Christmas and Easter ornaments and regularly organized events. Other recommendations: Benátky nad Jizerou (Venice on the Jizera) with renaissance-baroque style castle; museum, with objects from Australian Aboriginies and a toy museum; and the wonderful twin cities of Brandýs nad Labem and Stara Boleslav. Near Lib?chov you will find the "devil heads"- big solid rock sculptures. The resort of Podebrady has numerous spas with mineral water and many sports and entertainment possibilities. Take one or more trips to the capital of Prague! You only need half an hour by public transportation or 20 minutes by car and you are at the first subway station. In half an hour you can be at Wenceslas Square in the heart of this cosmopolitan city.
